Crockpot Lasagna Soup
This cozy crockpot lasagna soup is a creamy, protein-packed, and kid-approved family dinner, perfect for busy weeknights. It uses bone broth for added flavor and nutrients while maintaining that classic lasagna taste.

Instructions
Brown beef in a skillet. Add onion and garlic for the last minute to soften.
Transfer the mixture to a crockpot and add tomato paste, marinara, diced tomatoes, bone broth, and seasonings. Stir well.
Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Stir in heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and broken lasagna noodles.
Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high until the noodles are tender.
Ladle soup into bowls and top with the prepared ricotta.
