Hawaiian BBQ Chicken (Crockpot)

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken to the crockpot.

  2. Pour in the pineapple chunks, including their juice.

  3. Add the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and your choice of minced garlic or garlic powder.

  4. If using, toss in the chopped bell peppers.

  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

  6. Shred the chicken or leave it whole, then stir it into the sauce before serving.

  7. Serve hot with rice, green beans, broccoli, or on Hawaiian rolls for sliders.
