Honey Garlic Herb Parmesan Pork Tenderloin
A sweet and savory slow cooker pork tenderloin with honey, garlic, herbs, and Parmesan, perfect for busy weeknights.

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, olive oil, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, and Parmesan.
Place the pork tenderloin in the crockpot and pour the mixture over top.
Cook on low for 4–5 hours or until tender and cooked through.
Remove the pork and let it rest.
Pour the remaining liquid into a small saucepan, bring to a simmer, and whisk in the cornstarch mixed with water until thickened.
Slice the pork, drizzle with the glaze, and top with extra Parmesan if desired.
