Crock-Pot Chicken and Gnocchi
This Crock-Pot chicken and gnocchi is a simple and cozy dinner, perfect for busy weeknights. It combines chicken and vegetables with a creamy sauce and tender gnocchi.

Instructions
Add the sliced carrots, diced onion, and chopped celery to the Crockpot.
Place the chicken on top of the vegetables.
Season the chicken with Kinder’s Garlic and Herb Chicken Seasoning and black pepper.
Pour in the cream of chicken, cream of celery, and chicken broth.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
Shred the chicken and stir it back into the pot.
Add the butter and gnocchi and cook for 30 minutes on high.
Stir in heavy cream, spinach, and Parmesan cheese if desired for a richer dish.
