Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning in a skillet until thick and fully cooked, then drain any excess grease.

  2. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a sheet pan.

  3. Evenly distribute the cooked taco meat, cheese sauce, shredded Mexican blend cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and diced Roma tomatoes over the tortillas.

  4. Carefully fold the tortillas over the toppings to create a wrapped seal, then gently press down on them to flatten.

  5. Spray the folded tortillas with cooking spray, or brush them lightly with melted butter for extra crispiness.

  6. Bake the crunch wraps at 420°F for 20 minutes, placing another sheet pan directly on top to press them down during baking.

  7. Remove the top sheet pan and continue baking for another 5 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.

  8. Let the Sheet-Pan Crunch Wraps rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
